DIY fringe scarf

I first saw this on Pinterest and I've always wanted to try it.
Well, today's the day!
I apologize for not taking better pictures.
I decided I should post this after I did it - eediot.

What you need:
An old t-shirt
A good pair of scissors

 Step 1:
Find a t-shirt, preferably a solid color, that's still in decent shape.
 Step 2:
Grab those skizzzorsss!
 Step 3:
Cut horizontally across the shirt right under the armpit area. Then proceed to cut skinny strands a little less than half way up the shirt.

(Don't cut too high, because you're going to pull on these pieces).
 Step 4:
Pull on the strands that you just cut. It gives them a tubular shape when you pull. I decided to spice mine up a bit and tied knots at the ends of each strand.
 Step 5:
Rock it!
