This upcoming Saturday, September 17th, is our first family wedding on my dads side! Out of the ten cousins, Matt is the oldest, and the first. I can't believe it. I'm so excited though because it's definitely going to be one for the books!

To flashback to those pictures and now see the rings? It's insane. It just shows how old all of us are getting and it's scary.

Here's one thing to keep in mind. My family is crazy. There are 22 of us on the immediate side. We are all loud and we all like to have a good time. Now the bride's side? Not so much. I'm not gonna lie, her family is going to be a little blown away by us. And I'm totally okay with that because I love my family and wouldn't have it any other way.

Last night my cousin and I got together to discuss the festivities this weekend. Let me paint the picture for you. We are the two oldest girl cousins. It was just us and the boys. We always felt the need to stand out because they outnumbered us. So we became the "performers" of the family. Constantly putting on shows for everyone. And still to this day, nothing has changed. No, we don't grab kitchen utensils and sing anymore. But, we're still the fun, goofy ones. There is something about us when we get together. It's weird. We are super close and it could just be a family bond thing, but we both act like such idiots when we're together.

I can't wait for this weekend!
